Alpha Energy Solutions Grows Again — Adding Sales Staff in Central Kentucky

Doug Dowdy is now on board to help Alpha Energy Solutions grow business in and around Lexington, Ky.

Dowdy, who lives in Winchester, joined the Alpha sales team on June 10. He has an extensive background in a wide or range of business, most recently helping launch a start-up company in the indoor air quality industry. Dowdy’s track record includes consulting work with more than a dozen small businesses.

At Alpha, Dowdy fills a key geographic area and will represent Alpha to customers up and down the I-75 corridor, from Ohio to Tennessee.

“I have no doubt Doug will be able to apply his business experience to representing Alpha in Central Kentucky,” said Gerry Lewis, sales director for Alpha. “I’m especially impressed with Doug’s experience working with hospitals and medical companies, and I’m confident he’ll boost our business in those areas.”

Dowdy, a graduate of the University of Kentucky, said he’s looking forward to calling on all types of clients, especially promoting Alpha’s energy products, including energy audits and benchmarks.

“I know that the smart use of energy is essential to any business, and by providing good service and saving money for customers, I know we can help our customers in new and different ways,” Dowdy said.
