Dave Hellman at the Kentucky Exposition Center
Alpha Energy Solutions’ Dave Hellman passed the test.
The test is to become a Certified Energy Manager, joining just 10,500 CEMs worldwide recognized by the Association of Energy Engineers.
To earn the designation, Hellman spent countless hours studying materials to understand energy-related principles and practices. He met requirements for field experience, educational achievement and passed a rigorous exam.
“This is an important designation for Alpha Energy Solutions and me,” said Hellman, Alpha’s director of Energy and Performance. “There are dozens of government agencies, corporations, utilities, healthcare facilities, and school districts that are looking for ways to cut energy costs and develop long-term sustainability plans. This certification gives credibility to the reporting we are providing to our customers.”
Alpha Energy Solutions administers energy performance contracts for various customers, including the Kentucky State Fair Board.
