When NASCAR chose to show off “hottest new body on the Las Vegas Strip” at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, it picked the slick design of the Alpha Energy Solutions #41 champion Ben Rhodes’ race car for its announcement.

The Nov. 4 press conference, held in Las Vegas at the premier automotive specialty products trade event globally, featured the unveiling of a new body style for K&N Pro Series cars. The press event featured Alpha Energy Solutions driver Ben Rhodes, NASCAR president Mike Helton and drivers Kyle Larson and Ben Kennedy.

The event was available to viewers LIVE on the web at FanChoice.tv.  From the official NASCAR release:

Previously seen only by a handful of racing officials outside the Turner Motorsports shop in Mooresville, North Carolina, the Las Vegas car is painted to replicate 2014 K&N Pro Series East champion Ben Rhodes’ current Chevrolet Impala SS. Equipped with a Robert Yates spec engine, the Vegas model is white with blue, green and red stripes along the side. It carries the number 41 as well as the name of Rhodes’ sponsor, Alpha Energy Solutions, on the quarter panels and hood.

Rhodes is set to compete in his final race of the season, Nov. 7, at Phoenix International Raceway. Rhodes, the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East Champion and Sunoco Rookie of the Year, will race in the #32 Alpha Energy Solutions Chevrolet Silverado in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.
