A simple enough assignment. As part of its ongoing work for a local real estate management company, Commercial  Alpha Mechanical Service replaced two 40-ton units from the top of a medical building on Gray Street in downtown Louisville.

Given that the location was in a high-traffic area in the middle of the city’s medical complex, the work was scheduled on a Saturday. The units were atop an 11-story building, requiring a crane and precision engineering to replace the units. Eight Alpha technicians were on the site.

The Alpha crew arrived before 7:30 a.m., and the job was complete by 5:00, with the units up and running as scheduled. The work was part of an ongoing replacement schedule of units for Faulkner.
