With Barry Hartlage’s addition, Alpha Mechanical Service’s Electrical Department is gearing up for more work.
Hartlage is Alpha’s new Electrical Service Manager. He spent seven years with Arrow Electric Co., where he was the Director of Business Development. Hartlage, an Indiana University graduate, began his professional career as a pipefitter helper at Independent Piping.
Hartlage said he’s excited about meeting Alpha’s existing customers and calling on new ones to grow its revenue.
“My goal is to get more electrical business from our existing customer base and to leverage my relationships and experience to grow the division,” he said.
Sales Director Gerry Lewis said that Hartlage’s experience and approach to business development would enable the company to obtain more electrical work.
“As we grow as a company, it’s important to maximize our potential in every trade,” Lewis said. “By having Barry out in the field promoting our capabilities in the electrical trade, we will be able to give our customers even better service.”
Hartlage, 36, lives in Louisville. He is married and has two daughters.
