Alpha Energy Solutions had a prime location at the Louisville Energy Alliance’s “Conservation Conversation” at Slugger Field in Louisville, March 26.
The event featured prominent speakers discussing key issues in the sustainability space, including developer Bill Weyland, Metro Louisville’s Ted Smith, and entrepreneur Gill Holland. Alpha Energy Solutions representatives also took the opportunity to talk with Mayor Greg Fischer, who gave a speech addressing the importance of sustainability to the city’s future.
“It was a great opportunity to talk with current and future customers about the importance of energy management,” said Dave Hellman, Alpha’s Director of Energy and Performance. “Company managers are starting to really understand that benchmarks and energy audits are key first steps in creating efficient energy management plans.”
The next day, Alpha took its #41 Alpha Energy Solutions show car to Jeffersontown, featured on a trade show floor featuring more than 100 businesses. Alpha has done several projects for the city of Jeffersontown in recent years and is proud to support the city’s economic development arm at its annual Business Expo.
