Alpha Energy Solutions pulled out all the stops at the Kentucky Society of Healthcare Engineers conference in Covington Oct. 15-16. A full crew of Alpha representatives spent quality time talking with and enjoying some social time with executives from healthcare facilities throughout Kentucky.
The healthcare industry is an important one for Alpha. The company’s technicians regularly perform service and maintenance work in healthcare
facilities all across the Commonwealth, from Paducah to Pikeville and everywhere in between.
“There’s no more important group of customers for Alpha Energy Solutions than our friends in healthcare,” said Gerry Lewis, Director of Sales. “The staff at KSHE do a great job of keeping these Healthcare executives engaged and informed throughout the event.”
The week’s festivities began with a golf scramble at nearby Boone Links Golf Course on Monday. The conference got going on Tuesday with a hilarious presentation by Dr. Humor, who had the entire crowd laughing, OUT LOUD. Alpha’s trade show booth featured a bronze horse statue from A Taste of Kentucky, a prize later given away at Alpha’s hospitality suite.
The night’s highlight for many guests came during the “Day at the Races” portion of the festivities because the Alpha Energy Solutions #41 racecar was on display. Most people wanted to get their picture taken next to the car or even climb into the driver’s seat.
After that, most of the hospital execs went up to the Alpha hospitality suite, where Alpha’s famed horseracing game, brought to us by our own Dave Hellman, was a big hit with guests.
It was a big effort for Alpha and one that’s certainly worthwhile in building relationships with all our friends in the healthcare industry.
