With the addition of sales offices and technicians in Nashville, Cincinnati and Indianapolis, Alpha Energy Solutions has expanded its efforts to land regional retail accounts. Alpha is now one of the largest providers of HVAC service that self-performs all of its work, and that is a real advantage to many customers.
“We are uniquely positioned, due to having technicians in a wide geographic area, to respond to companies with needs in multiple locations,” said Gerry Lewis, Alpha’s Director of Sales.
Lewis, along with Alpha national accounts rep Barry Hartlage, will meet with several potential retail clients in Orlando at the PRSM National Convention. It’s the third year Alpha has been an exhibitor. As more retailers seek self-performing companies with a wider reach, Alpha is able to serve them.
“We’re serving large retailers with a fast response, from restaurant chains to specialty retailers to big box stores,” Lewis said.
Recently, a 20-year restaurant industry veteran called on Alpha for an emergency repair, and was impressed with Alpha’s performance. “Alpha is the most professional service organization I have ever worked with,” he said. “I was impressed with (Alpha technician) Lee Chesser’s knowledge and ability to anticipate what would be needed for the job to be completed properly.”
