There is no better way to build business relationships than to meet with customers face to face. At Alpha Energy Solutions, we’ve experienced phenomenal growth by putting our customers first and taking care of their needs. And the best way to do that is to put time and effort into building relationships. This quote from Harvey McKay, the best-selling business book author, sums up the importance of it.

“If I had to name the single characteristic shared by all the truly successful people I’ve met over a lifetime, I’d say it is the ability to create and nurture a network of contacts. You don’t have to know everything as long as you know people who do.”

With customers spread across eight states and customers in multiple industries, one of the best ways to stay in touch with customers is through trade shows. These events offer Alpha the opportunity to meet with current customers and cultivate new ones. Many of these events take place in the fall, so the Alpha Sales and Marketing team has been busy attending the following events:

  • Oct 1 – Georgetown – Energy Managers Trade Show
  • Oct 3 – Jeffersonville – One Southern Indiana Business Expo
  • Oct 9 – Hartford, CT – PRSM Midyear Conference
  • Oct. 15 – Covington – Kentucky Society of Healthcare Engineers
  • Oct. 24 – Evansville – LEED-AP Engineers, Architects, Facilities Managers
  • Oct. 30 – Lexington – Kentucky School Plant Managers Association
  • Nov. 7 – Covington – Kentucky Public Procurement Association
  • Nov. 7 – Indianapolis – Midwest Healthcare Expo
  • Nov. 11 – Columbus, OH – Ohio School Boards Association

“We’ve built our business by being present with customers at every opportunity,” said Gerry Lewis, Alpha Energy’s Sales Director. “We also try to make these events fun for customers by coming up with ideas that help us stand out from our competition. At the KSHE show, we brought the Alpha Energy #41 show car to the big evening event and it seemed like everyone wanted to get a picture with the car.”
